Built around your real data
Built around your real data. Guided by our team.
The CX Gauge Pilot Programme begins with understanding your organisation, your data, and what you want to explore.

After you register your interest, we’ll review the information you’ve provided. If your organisation and use case are suitable, we’ll invite you to an interview with the CX Gauge team to discuss the opportunity in more detail.
A pilot is only confirmed after we’ve spoken with you and agreed that CX Gauge is a suitable fit for your use case.
Who we’re looking to hear from
Could CX Gauge be a fit for your organisation?
We’re interested in hearing from organisations that want to better understand their customer and operational data and have a real business question they’d like to explore.
Real operational data
You’re able to provide relevant operational or customer experience data for consideration as part of a potential pilot.
A real business question
You have something you want to understand — a change, pattern, performance issue, customer signal, or operational question.
Willingness to explore
Your team is open to reviewing findings and discussing what they mean in the context of your operation.
A collaborative approach
You’re willing to work with us and share feedback throughout the process.
Register your interest
Tell us about your organisation, your team, and what you’d like to explore with CX Gauge.
Interview
If your use case looks suitable, we’ll invite you to speak with our team and learn more about your organisation, data, and objectives.
Verify & define
Together, we’ll determine whether CX Gauge is a suitable fit and discuss the scope of a potential pilot.
Pilot
If selected, we’ll agree the pilot scope and duration before beginning the programme.
The interview is a conversation, not a sales call. We use it to understand your organisation, the business question you want answered, the data available to you, and the intended use case — and to work out together whether CX Gauge is suitable.
Guided support
You’re not left on your own.
Selected pilot participants are guided by the CX Gauge team throughout the agreed pilot programme.
Understand your data
We help establish what data is available and how it can be used within the agreed pilot scope.
Explore what matters
Together, we review the signals and findings surfaced by CX Gauge and put them into operational context.
Learn and improve
Your feedback helps us understand what is useful, what needs refinement, and where CX Gauge can create more value.
Data and control
Your data. Your control.
If your organisation is selected for a pilot, we’ll discuss what data is appropriate for the agreed use case. Nothing needs to be shared to register your interest.
Pilot participants provide the data needed for their agreed use case. We encourage organisations to provide only the information necessary for the pilot and to avoid unnecessary personal or identifying information where it is not required.
Where appropriate, customer names or real agent names do not need to be included. An identifier can be sufficient for understanding performance and patterns.
CX Gauge can also support on-premise data hosting for organisations that require greater control over where their data is stored.
Registration of interest
Register your interest.
Tell us about your organisation and what you’d like to explore with CX Gauge. We’ll review your registration and, if there may be a suitable fit, get in touch to arrange an interview.
Please note: registering your interest does not guarantee selection for a pilot. Participation, scope, and duration are determined after discussion and verification with the CX Gauge team.
